Gramercy Park

Gramercy Park is on the east side of Manhattan bounded by 14th Street, Third Avenue, 23rd Street, and Park Avenue South. Gramercy maintains a private park, one of only two in New York City, to which only people residing around Gramercy Park have a key to entry. Gramercy contains a variety of restaurants and bars, and is within walking distance of midtown and the East Village. New to the area is discount grocer Trader Joes. The Union Square green market is a neighborhood destination for fresh, farm picked high-quality food.
